Q. Why do I have to pay now, can’t I mail you a check?

A. In order to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, once treatment has been completed, payment will be due at time of service.


Q. Do you take my insurance?

A. We are not in-network with dental insurance plans, however, we will do our best to maximize your benefits. We will do a complimentary benefits check before your first visit and notify you of any issues. Our office staff provides assistance with dental insurance submissions and transactions, and we’re always ready to assist you with insurance matters and related documentation.

A. We believe that all of our patients should have access to receive the very best dental care possible. In order for you to complete and benefit from the dental treatment that you have decided upon, we offer financing solutions to meet your budget. Please contact our office for more details.


 Q. Why are you taking x-rays again, I am just here for a cleaning?

A. In order to give you an accurate diagnosis, we take x-rays to assist us in seeing what we cannot see without them.
